please suggest me.. the best processor... with mobo.. between 7000/- to 8500/-

...........and.........

which one is better Intel or AMD.. (using pf PC will be just normal like Internet & TV TUner & Media)

need six sound output board in mobo...

AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+ and Biostar AMD690G based motherboard,excelent combo costs around 7.5-8k for bundle i guess.
