Suggest me a good laptop

Budget is around 50k (lower the better).

0. Aesthetics and battery life is important. It shouldn't feel bulky.
1. Screen should be HD ready and rich in color reproduction (movie watching). 14' or 15' ?
2. Linux compatibility.
3. Good after sale service.
4. Open to AMD or intel. Thinking of core i3 platform.
5. HDD 320GB enough, provided its 7200rpm. I will be using external HDD for data anyway.
6. Moderate gaming (as I will prefer a desktop for gaming)
7. Better if its without Windows OS.
8. RAM 4GB or 3GB.
9. Graphics card, not sure which one is the best one out there.

if you are looking for performance. then it would be better to go in for reputed names and if gaming is what you are looking in for please make some good research so that you reach to a conclusion that is made up of best gaming laptop....
