Pls suggest LOW COST (MINIMUM COST) MOBO for

You can opt for Gigabyte G41 Combo motherboard,which features both DDR2 and DDR3 ram slots.I'm not sure how much it costs,but hopefully it should be available for around Rs 4000 or less.

if its unavailable,u can look for Intel DQ43AP Motherboard,which retails for Rs 4000 approximately.

For your CPU Go for
Biostar G31M+
(or)
Asus G41 motherboard
or
Gigabyte G41M ₹3400(gigabyte) in flipkart

biostar is bit old one and less cost which is around 2.8k.. better you can go for change in both motherboard and cpu so that u can upgrade in future
