1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: CoD Series, GTA5, Battlefield Series, Medal of Honor, Crysis, PUBG, Sniping Games
2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 30-35k max

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: WIN10 64bit

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes I need a display unit, here I'm thinking to buy a TV for the PC (Suggestion?)

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: I have nothing to use.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: within 1-2 month

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: No I'll built it myself.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Will buy from Kolkata Chadni Market.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I want to go with Ryzen processor..and i need to buy the complete pc (with monitor or tv)

I'm sorry to say this but you are expecting too much for too low budget. 30k barely gets you a normal PC with monitor in India.

That's a VA panel not IPS.
A good GPU is more important than a KB mouse combo or RGB cabinet in this budget
Okay Edited

Note to OP: Consider buying used parts which still have at least 2 years warranty left (except SSD, HDD and PSU).
A new GTX 1650 performs worse than an old RX570/GTX 1060 6GB which you might be able to find around 7k.

~ 35k

Ryzen 2200G
Asrock B450 Pro4 (when you buy, it will be available)
Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000mhz/3200mhz
Corsair CX450
Generic cabinet
WD Blue 1TB 7200rpm
Crucial MX500 250GB
LG 22" IPS monitor
Logitech KB/Mouse combo

You can expect 720p gaming with minimal graphic settings. It's the best you can get in this budget. As far as hardware goes, not much of a compromise there. It's good.

You got to get a dedicated GPU man. Can squeeze one .

CPU - Definitely Get intel 9100f. This is basically equivalent to 2400G . Cost Rs. 5500 *www.costtocost.in/list/pricelist.pdf .
5k saved
Mobo for above - 4.4k asus mentioned above
1.5k saved
You could cheap out on the cabinet. Local ones cost only 500, but you could get something decent for 1.5k . All up to you.
UPS: luminous / microtek are good brands - save Rs. 500 on these.

With 7k saved you can get a good second hand 1050 ti or even 1060 with warranty. Seen several on in bazaar sections - on digit, techenclave, erodov.
