Suggest best connection analysing software.

I want to download best software which shows all important statistics of the running broadband connection ( no network ), like:
Incoming/Outgoing connections,
Incoming/Outgoing speed....
All averages.....etc...

Also, apart from the main question, tell best freeware antivirus and firewall( if possible apart from ZA).

BandWidth Meter if you have a BSNL connection with happy hours .. i.e. free form 2 to 8 .. used in conjunction with Net Meter ... thats what i use.. others also Use DU meter.

apart from that .. use free AVG .. no hassels.. if u want to use a paid one.. then buy NIS. and i mean u gotta pay.. cos its cracks wont work.
