Suggest a phone.

I need to buy a phone.
I can spend upto 17k and can extend my range to 18.
I can use a large display(specially a rough one) and powerfull processor(specially for phone gaming) and a good cam.
I would also appreciate loud speakers and GPS,3G,wifi goes without saying.
I did a lot of research and think Defy can be good as well as C7.
What exactly is the difference between Symbian^3 and andriod 2.2?
and i would welcome any new suggestions.

Go with Galaxy SL or Defy. Both are good. If u don't need android then C7 can be considered, since it has a gorilla glass disply like Defy.

I suggest you wait for a couple of weeks. Let Galaxy SL be reviewed first.

If you want a ruff-n-tuff phone, Defy is a good choice.

Android is a lot superior to Symbain as far as user experience goes.

Android, of course.
And he is not talking about iPhone but iPod touch. You can get a low-end phone + an iPod touch at your budget & get best-of-both worlds.

If you wait a bit, you can get your hands on the SE Xperia Play if it is priced somewhere near 20k. (highly doubtful)
