Suggest a Mobile under 6.4k

My company is going to pay 6.4K for an official handset. I am looking for a mobile which can play some music.
I would prefer quality of sound over storage and other frills. My other/personal phone e61i is a lousy when it comes playing to music.

If u can extend ur budget then Nokia 6233 is good for 7k (loud music & gud sound quality)
