Suggest a low budget PC config under 15k

Hi

I need a low budget PC for around max 15k..I can increase the budget for LCD 17" or 19". I will use it mostly for dloading movies, playing some small games, browsing net and running my software testing applications like QTP.

It should have a small cabinet so that I can transport it from one city to other or to foreign countries conveniently means it should be portable like laptop.

I already have speakers and USB mouse so no need for them.

I am against laptop as 24hr dloading movies etc is harmful to laptop. Overall desktop wins against laptop except portability

Thanks Gaurish...One q..why not replace the processor with AMD and increase HDD to 250 GB or more ? Any recommendation . Also these things are missing :

2. DVD RW
3. Keyboard

Also casing Cooler Master elite 310 is somewhat big..Any other small casing which has only space for one HD, one DVD RW etc..I am looking more towards portability

Processor:AMD athlon II 240-3.2k
MotherBoard: biostar 785GE-3.2k

Rest is the same

Kinda more future than Intel counterpart as AMD is still producing CPU for this socket, so you can always upgrade. so if your budget can be extended, then go for this

or

Assemble a system with Intel ATOM 330 Processor

That should come in your budget

The onboard gfx is ATI HD4200 which is Direct X 10 compatible and comes with native HDMI port. it can play HD/BlueRay movies and almost all games at low-mid settings. in future, you can add a discrete GPU like GTX 250. Further, if you want some more juice you can Overclock it to 3.4Ghz stable on Air cooling

If you have stretched your budget to 24k from 15k, i would suggest stretching your budget a little more and get X4 620 quad at 5k. So that's just and increase of around 1.5k or something.
