Suggest a laptop for 25k

My friend is looking for laptop. Suggestion from you guys would really be helpful.

1) What is your budget? (INR or USD)
Rs. 25000/- (can stretch upto 30k)

2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?
As big as possible

3) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
No brand preference. Any popular brand with good after sales service...

4) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
General. NO GAMING

5) What screen resolution(s) & type (glossy/matte) would you prefer?
Whichever is good.

6) Anything else you would like to say? (eg: local purchase, ASS,matte/glossy finish)
I am not sure, but I guess he would buy from a local store.

He is concerned with money and at the same time would like to get a quality product for the money he is spending.

Features he would like to have:
i3 processor
4GB RAM
1GB graphic (really I don't know why he likes to have this as he won't be gaming)

Increase your budget by a couple of bucks and get HP g6-2005ax, complete VFM and most importantly, fulfills your every requirement.

FK is overpriced. You will get it locally by max 33k or 32k if lucky enough. You already said you can stretch to 30k, then why not 33k ?

Ok, you can get a month old G6-2005ax @ 31k appx from here, with 2 yrs extended warranty.

After some discussion, I cam to know that the reason for 4GB RAM and graphic card is for Photoshop. I don't know whether these will enhance the performance when working on Photoshop, will they?

He is little hesitate to buy AMD powered laptop. I tried searching in flipkart based on his requirements
4GB RAM
1GB Dedicated graphic card
Windows OS
Under 30k

and found none...
