Suggest a High end mobile

I plan to buy a high end mobile phone(from 25k to 30K)
So can anyone suggest the best one.

I need
2.0 or more MP camera.
Mp3/AAC player
Radio FM and Recording
Exernal Memory Card support
Tri/Quad band support
Wifi/IR support

with other common features.

Or the n80. I had a look at one today and was quite impressed. Nokia showroom price 29k.
