Sudden PC STOP!!!! HELP URGENT!

While browsing web my PC suddenly stops responding! And also it starts responding again after 1-2 minutes. And Net gets disconnected! I use Sancharnet! Please help me with this!

DO u have a slow pc? or might be network settings not optimized! Please tell the details of ur pc and net speed and how many web pages u open work simultaneosly when this happens!

256 MB RAM
NVIDIA MX4 64MB GFX
Dax 56K modem
I used SYSMECHANIC6 to optimize network.

It is because you open too many windows or you have many unwanted processes running which takes all your physical memory.

DO the usual Stuff First.

Check for Viruses and SPywares. Most of the times these r the reasons.
