Studio 1535 CD/DVD Eject Problem Pls help!!!

I just purchased a Studio 1535 a few weeks ago.
I have noticed issues with my Cd/Dvd Drive/burner...
I would put a cd or dvd in it and it would freeze my computer and wouldn't eject the disk, I would have to restart the computer and eject quickly before it loaded. (This happend like 4 times one night)

The cd/dvd must be in bad condition or there would be scratches on it , clean the cd before using it or use new disks .
