I have some green colored stuck pixels in my funbook screen.Tried the app Dead Pixel Detect and Fix(*play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.htc.chris.blackspotdetect). Still the issue remains.Any other way to fix it?.

How can an app fix a hardware issue? :S
If its in warranty, go for RMA. Else, think why you didn't go for N7. :p

it CAN! !! !!!
If the pixel become white on black wallpapers and become black on white wallpapers, then its not dead and can be fix by such apps...
@ op do you have this kind of problem?
try this app and run it for 20-30min *play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.androidteachscreentest

I think in your case they are stuck one and not DEAD.

Apps wont fix hardware issues no matter how much you want.. , go ask the RMA people to repair it (you will have to bear expenses)..if you are lucky, it shouldnt take that much time
IMO its not even worth doing that
