Strange Problem

There's a site that I'm trying to open. Whenever I try to open it I get the message that "Connection with the server was reset while the page was being loaded". When I ping it, response comes just fine. I'm on a 512Kbps UL connection so slow connection can be ruled out as a cause. Till yesterday I was able to access it just fine. Rest all sites are working just fine.

Try accessing it through a proxy.
Should work.
