SSD Drive Issue: BSOD Error

My PC run on Windows 10 OS in ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 256GB PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280 SSD...Bought on (March 6, 2019) 5 years warranty expired

My PC crashed a few times last week with a BSOD error.

After restarting the system with Bios not showing my ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 256GB PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280 SSD some times

My Kaspersky shows warning issues on ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 256GB PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280 SSD screenshot attached.

Other than any software to run check my SSD

Motherboard (MOBO) - Msi B450 Gaming PRO Carbon AC
Graphic Card (GPU) - Nvidia Geforce GT210
Memory (RAM) - XPG SPECTRIX D40 DDR4 RGB 16GB 3000 MHZ RGB x1 -Single RAM only

Storage (SSD or HDD) :-
1. ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro (Windows 10 OS)
2. Crucial BX500 500GB 2.5-inch SATA
3. WD BLUE 1TB

Power Supply Unit (PSU) - CORSAIR TX750M
PC Case - - Cooler Master Masterbox MB511-RGB
Monitor - Lenovo L27q-10 QHD Monitor (2560x1440)
UPS - APC Back-UPS ES 650

Can you check the Event Viewer and post the screen shot of the BSOD error once? I think your SSD is dying.
Use the ADATA SSD Toolbox software from here aKasperskynd run it to check the SSD Health once. If it shows the same like it shows in Kaspersky, then I think you need to take backup of the SSD and buy a new one.

Yes, SSD seems to be a bad position. But before testing it more, just take backup of your files.
And then confirm if SSD is at fault by looking at SMART test or something. I can think of the software CrystalDiskInfo. You can post a screenshot of that.
 
Check TBW of your SSD from manufacturer's website & compare it against TBW on your SSD (say if its rated for 100TBW & your SSD crossed 100TBW, manufacturer will say it may not work as intended even if it had warranty). Use Crystaldiskinfo as suggested earlier.

SSD seems to be dying, needs replacement for sure irrespective of if it is the root cause of BSOD.

It was TBW value for 1TB
AS OF NOW, 256GB discontinued
