Can you check the Event Viewer and post the screen shot of the BSOD error once? I think your SSD is dying.
Use the ADATA SSD Toolbox software from here aKasperskynd run it to check the SSD Health once. If it shows the same like it shows in Kaspersky, then I think you need to take backup of the SSD and buy a new one.

Yes, SSD seems to be a bad position. But before testing it more, just take backup of your files.
And then confirm if SSD is at fault by looking at SMART test or something. I can think of the software CrystalDiskInfo. You can post a screenshot of that.

Check TBW of your SSD from manufacturer's website & compare it against TBW on your SSD (say if its rated for 100TBW & your SSD crossed 100TBW, manufacturer will say it may not work as intended even if it had warranty). Use Crystaldiskinfo as suggested earlier.

SSD seems to be dying, needs replacement for sure irrespective of if it is the root cause of BSOD.

Do you have the exact BSOD error code?

Also, like others have suggested, check the SMART values of the drive using CrystalDiskInfo on Windows.

It was TBW value for 1TB
AS OF NOW, 256GB discontinued

I am the master of my Fate.
My SanDisk SSD is 9yrs old and still going strong.
Check the SSD for any bad data sector which might be causing the BSOD error

Likely 160TBW is the TBW limit for the 256GB variant. 90TBW is not dangerous. It might be failing because of something else. Troubleshooting is a pain. Not sure if you can pin the issues on SSD with 100% certainty but can replace it & see if issues are resolved.

How 90TBW ?

Can I reinstall Windows 10 OS to resolve the BSOD error? OR Windows 11?

As of now, which is good one, SSD M.2 as per my motherboard?

Check similar problem in MS forums:*answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/eventid-327686008/1360ecaa-240c-416a-a5c3-7cd3d8901d85
Here they are saying problem might be with either RAID controller or PSU or updating windows or upgrading display drivers but in your case the NVME health is too low
Actually Event ID 32768>6008 error is triggered if the computer was shut down forcefully using remote shutdown tool or automatically by a third-party program without the user request.
Did you update your mobos bios to the latest version? If not do it.

Check re-installing Win10 or 11 once but I think since your Mobo supports the below storage configuration its better to go with any NVME SSD like Crucial P3 Plus 1TB PCIe 4.0 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD CT1000P3PSSD8 @ 4.8k

  • 1 x M.2 slot (M2_1, Key M)1
    • Supports PCIe 3.0 x4 (1st, 2nd and 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen™/ Ryzen™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics and 2nd Gen AMD Ryzen™ with Radeon™ Graphics) or PCIe 3.0 x2 (Athlon™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics) and SATA 6Gb/s 2242/ 2260 /2280/ 22110 storage devices
  • 2 x SATA 6Gb/s ports1
  1. PCI_E2, PCI_E3, PCI_E4 and PCI_E5 slots will be unavailable when installing M.2 PCIe SSD in M2_2 slot.
  2. SATA5 and SATA6 ports will be unavailable when installing a M.2 device in M2_1 slot.

How to interpret...?

If I fix 2 NVME M.2 in 2 slot will not work?

If you use main M.2 slot then SATA5 & SATA6 will not work.
If you use 2nd M.2 slot then PCIE2, PCIE3, PCIE4 & PCIE5 slots will not work.
That means main PCIE slot which you use to insert the GPU will work. Okay.
