Split AC Under 35 K - Mitsubishi 1T 4 Star or Sharp 1T Inverter

I live in a duplex at Chennai. At first floor, have 3 bedrooms all abt 140~150 Sq feet area, with no wall facing but roof under direct sun.

I have gone through the recent posts and I must say, I have learnt a lot about Inverter Airconditioners. So I have finalized the following under 35 K.

1. Mitsubishi 1 Ton 4 star - Mitsubishi 1 Ton 4 Star MS/MU G13VC Split Air Conditioner: Buy Online @ Snapdeal India

2. Sharp 1 Ton Inverter - Sharp 1 Ton Inverter AH-X13PET Split Air Conditioner White: Buy Online @ Snapdeal India

Advise either to choose among the above or something new !

Planning to buy one AC at present and may soon get a couple more.

Get the Sharp Inverter over the Mitsubishi 4 star any day. You just cannot compare a 4 star with a far superior Inverter Technology enabled ac,never.
