Sound problem > intel915motherboard onboard soundcard

hi friends
im having intel915 motherboard onboard soundcard ...with WindowsXP SP2
my speakers are Ok.
but voice is not good , there is lots of noice in sound ,, and one of my speaker is not giving full voice comparing with my another one ....
Is it sound card problem or Driver Problem ?
plz help

both can be the problem

try to get the latest drivers from the manufactutres site and test ursound card on another computer

aslo see the sound mixer..if the sound volume is low

try these

Check the pin of speakers that you have inserted into sound card. Is it rusted? Have you inserted it properly?

my sound card driver is latest one . and THIS is builtin sound card on botherboard .........
i have checked my speaker on another computer as well ......
what is soud mixture ?

whenever i connect to chat it gives me da msg

Now since at least one speaker is working, sound drivers must be ok. Just check if you have muted one channel or a pin is loose. IMO, there doesn't seem any other problem.
