So what does you guys think as sony's saying that this will be their most affordable 4G phone. What will be it's price.

just to remind you all there will be 4 models: Sony D2203, D2206, D2243, D2202. of all these D2202 doesn't support 4G and this is what will be available here initially. they may release 4G model later.

4G should add 3-4k to the total. should end up costing around 16k for single sim 4G.

BTW this is one of the worst bezel managed phone. those side bezel are like 0.5" thick, top one 2". Sony seriously lost its ability to price as well as make proper budget mobiles.

It's screwed! Moto g is so much better at this price.

By the time they push android L update, the then next version of android will be out and sony wont care to update you, they will abandon you with a buggy Android L :/, And development for this phone will suck.

Looking at the specs a qhd screen, 5 mp cam for 13k?Moto G offer's pure android+updates

Its sometimes depressing to see all the android manufacturers scraping for food in the bottom of the barrel. Everyone suffers a loss in the smartphone business (except samsung) and are just clueless what to do. So they just keep releasing new models and abandon them 6 months later. Apple, it seems, is the only intelligent company in the world which actually delivers on a large scale what people really want - Security ( Touch id), Apple pay (A comprehensive NFC payment solution), IOS 8 ( Deep and true integration between all apple devices). Steve jobs perhaps made the most important tech statement of all time - People who are serious about software should make their own hardware.
