Hi,
I had purchased sony 40EX720 in Oct 2011 and warranty upto Nov 2012. Now, in Mar 2013 the TV started showing double images so service center guy came and he said that the panel needs to be replaced and it will be done free of cost as panel carries 2 years warranty. Is he telling the truth ?
One thing more, 2-3 days back I got a call from service center and they said sir your panel has arrived please pay Rs.27500 and the call got cut. Then I called the service center guy and asked him about this he said that the panel has not come. Then I called the lady next day and she said I didnt call you.
What rubbish service Sony giving. I am confused now and dunno what to do next ?
