Some games highly lagging or closing abruptly in my phone

I am using Redmi Note 9 Pro 4 GB Ram, tried games Drive Zone play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.drivezone.car.race.game, Driving Simulator Evo play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ovilex.drivingschoolsimulatorevo these games are totally lagging or closing abruptly, I have added music player app & virtual volume button app in lock apps in security app to prevent from getting killed, but those games kill those apps too, but what I can't understand is I also play games like Real Racing 3, NFS No Limits (which are also high end games) in my phone & these games don't have such a problem
