Is it illegal to sell a CD containing free and trail softwares available in the Internet through Internet?

Coming back to life ..
That depends on the Licensing agreement of the concerned softwares ..If the Licence entitles you to make copies and distribute them then there is no harm .. else its illegal ..

its generally so lenghty and so got damn boring that we just skip that.
anyways go thorugh it and u will find out.
freewares are generally free to distribute"freely". mind u - freely- u cant charge a price for it.
so when u are selling a cd and u price it at Rs50 say which includes the charge of Rs4 for the ABC free software, then u r violating the terms.
thoigh it is not for all freewares but most of them have the abovementioned condition.

Umm.. Ethically you shouldnt be selling something that you got for free .. You should ask the permission of the authors before distributing them on cds and charging people to have them ..

These free softwares and trials usually comes with EULA Agreement read it and you know yourself. It is illegal to sell freeware, trials, opensource softwares for a money or a profit in any way.
