socket am3 motherboard

hi people..i have amd phenomII x2 555 ..i want to buy a decent cpu cooler(within 2k-3k) and also a mobo within 4k-5k.pls suggest one.few things m looking out for is upgradability and overclocking/core unlocking option.
and btw hows the Jetway JHZ03-GT-V2-LF motherboard?i havent tried any jetway product till date...pls have a look Theitdepot - Jetway JHZ03-GT-V2-LF 8GB DDR3 AMD Motherboard

For motherboard, get the Gigabyte GA-880G-USB3 @ 4.8K. It is AM3+ socket based, hence support Bulldozer CPUs and also has all the features you have asked for.
For CPU Cooler, look for Hyper 212+ from Cooler Master. Price will be around 2.2K. Other option is Corsair A50, around 2.8 to 3K

Sorry for the confusion because of my post.

You should go with GA-880G-USB3 as it is AM3+ based, whereas GA-880GM-USB3 is AM3 based. So, buying GA-880G-USB3 would be more wise as it supports BD processors as well.

@d6bmg-hey thnx bro ..anyway my vendor said he has the GA-880GM-USB3 in stock right now nd i also read in some other forums that a bios upgrade will enable its AM3+ support.. however, i asked him about GA-880G-USB3..and he said i'll have to wait for a few more days then.so what should i do now?

plus i hav some more queries ..i hav a corsair 400 watts psu..and amd 6770 card..so will there b any power issues when im goin 2 overclock/unlock my cpu?

NEW-GA-880G/GM-USB3 ,4gb ddr3(vanilla),cooler master hyper212+ and 2 cpu fans..

If the mobi ie GA-880GM-USB3 has white socket then it's a rev 1.x mobo which does not supports AM3+ ie BullDozer cpus even with a bios update - to ensure proper support for BD cpus make sure that a AMD mobo has the latest black sockets on it - for the GA-880GM-USB3 only rev 3.1 mobo supports AM3+ cpu - so before buying GA-880GM-USB3 make sure it has black socket/it's a rev 3.1 mobo if you want to use BD cpus

gigabyte ga 880gm-usb3(rev 3.1 with black socket) supports am3+ from bios version 'FD'.it only supports FX processors with 95w tdp.gigabyte ga 880g-usb3 mobo also supports am3+ but it is priced more than the aboue mentioned one and also its availability is very low.the only extra featured it has over 880gm-usb3 mobo is one additional pcie x16 slot which runs at x4 in crossfire mode.so before buying confirm the price of 880g-usb3 mobo and then buy,if there is huge price gap between those mobo then buy the first one @4.8k.
