[STRIKE]Say bye bye to dualcore.[/STRIKE] Mediatek too is planning similar move. Looks like Qualcomm is dead serious about getting back its market share that it lost to Mediatek over the years.
Spec:
Basically S210 = S400 + LTE modem integrated. Adreno 304 will be nothing more than Adreno 305 (450Mhz) running at clockspeed between 400-450Mhz. A dualcore Cortex A53 at 1.5Ghz will provide better performance than ageing Cortex A7 but then it allows Qualcomm to reuse their existing SOC with minor tweaks. Moreover quadcore looks good on paper and can be used to lure more customers in.

Update: Qualcomm also announced Snapdragon 208. Changes from 210.
rest everything stays the same. looks like dualcore is here to stay. should be idle for sub 5k devices.
