I mentioned my experiences above. I've probably found out that 8GB internal memory is not enough for me forget 4GB that most products of Indian brands offer. Sd card will extend memory but still installing an app will take some space in internal memory even though I've set install to sd card. Hence, I'm in need of atleast 16GB if not 32/64GB.

Nah! I don't think I'll play with custom ROMs as they appear to be complicated for me now. But I wish I don't need to install any custom ROM for a long time like in iOS everything is good. I plan on using my next phone for 2 yrs. Though this phone is priced at 20k but few days ago it was available at ₹5,000 off

iPhone build quality & apple software is very user friendly with ease of use. There are drawbacks also & pretty irritating ones like Slide to Answer doesn't work. Slide to unlock stops responding. These are holding me back to buy iphone.
About Android: I have owned cheap android devices till now & had very frustrating experiences. My timeline is: (starting from left)
Galaxy Y-->>Xperia E dual-->>Galaxy Ace Duos
All were crap devices that didn't perform well in even basic mobile operations like call/text & they made me look blind when taking them out in sunlight rendering them unusable. This made me fed up with android that ₹ 8000-9000 is a joke to these companies.
Ultimately, I guess no phone is perfect for me & all are in a revolutionary stages.
When qHD was under budget then HD came, when HD was under budget then Full HD , when full HD is under budget then Ultra HD came

ios 7 and 8 ruined older devices totally
i wouldnt suggest getting an iphone 4 or 4s now
i suggest you have a look at the Lumia series or the Nexus series
but one apple fan to another,the Lumia series is equally well built etc and is app design etc is similiar to ios in alot of ways making the transition very user friendly etc
You should have a look at Lumia 730,1020,830 im sure you will love them

Lumias have sunlight readability and clearback display which is excellent to read even in sunlight
avoid huwaei etc ,itll be a drastic step down from an iphone
even if someone would have said nexus or Moto X etc i would still have agreed,but its not worth giving up an iphone for huwaei etc,might as well get a Lumia,Moto X or Nexus,though i think youll prefer the Lumia series more

Yeah ios 8 and 7 ruined older devices. While Android is caring for phones with weaker specs to run smooth with 4.4, apple is less concerned. Another negative for the overhyped apple and ios.

android caring for weaker specs,not really,most androids dont even recieve a single OTA or custom ROM
plus theres always bloat issues etc
ios 7 was still faster on the iphone 4 than android 4.4 on the moto g or moto e as well atleast from what ive noticed from my friends phones
apple and ios arent overhyped the way people think it is,they still have a great OS
im using ios 6.1.3 Jailbroken on my ipad 2 and ipad 4s,my ipad 3 is on ios 8
its still one of the best tablets out there,though frankly i dont like iphones and agree iphones are overhyped
why get an iphone for 50k when you can get a decent Windows Phone or even a decent stock android phone + an ipad + a nexus 7 and have a better experience on the whole

yep for speed etc any day
just keep in mind some of the newer apps require ios 7/ios 8 otherwise ios 6 is very much usable etc and has most apps available still

checked out Blackberry Z3 at local big bazar. Pathetic phone, disastrous camera, a decent display though being qHD, but not able to go back/home with buttons was a bummer, it only accepts gestures. I opened up camera & wanted to go back but couldn't find out so asked the sales guy ....even he wasn't able to figure out how to go back

this is why people who havent owned/tried/given BB10 a fair shot shouldnt mislead and generalise
i suggest you try it out properly instead of going by specs on paper and without understanding gestures which frankly are very simple

except that ios and windows phone also operate in a defined way using those keys,android is a mess with the keys
whether you like it or not BB10 has hit the nail on the head,maybe people like you need to stop randomly critisising and first give it a proper try

i can say android is a bummer too then because of the confusing launchers system etc and those annoying pop ups for default program

i own devices from all 4- BB Z10,ipad ,Lumia 720,820 and Nexus 5 and 7
so i pretty much have a good understanding of all 4 from a consumers perspective
buying an iphone 4 in 2014 is a bad idea,its not properly optimised for ios 7+
if you dont own a BB10,havent used one properly or are just touting stuff off the internet,dont post negative stuff

What I own is written in my signature. In addition I've also used BB Curve for few months & by god it was a PITA using it. As I said there are somethings which you know you don't like it the moment you have put your hands on it & BB Z3 is surely one of them. How many times will I have to mention you that I don't like NOT having buttons/keys in a phone?
What exactly are you referring to when you say MS, Apple have successfully adopted this approach?
