Smartphone needed

I need a smartphone for heavy web browsing, downloading. It should have a bright display which does not turn black in Sunlight & has very good call quality. I currently own an iPhone 4. As much I love the design & build quality of the phone & the impressive Apple ecosystem, I hate it for its slow, laggy performance particularly Whatsapp,Facebook, few other apps & especially "Slide to Answer" function stops working sometimes rendering the phone useless! Also, AntennaGate is a different matter.
Storage: I need good internal storage of atleast 16 GB if not 32/64 GB.
Now the most imp part:budget. I'm one of those people who don't believe in shelling massive amounts of ₹ at one go just for a darn phone so I will go no more than ₹20,000, at max ₹25,000 if the phone is too freaking awesome. This after selling off my iPhone 4.
Brand: Manufacturers should be genuine manufacturers like LG/SAMSUNG/ASUS/APPLE/HTC/MOTOROLA/NOKIA.
Display: Atleast 4", HD Resolution with bright in Sunlight.
Models in mind:
1. Moto X( not impressive camera & just 16 Gigs with no sd card support),
2. HTC desire 816G (just 8 gigs of storage), 3. Lumia 1020 (24k at fk, windows phone , and the fact that it was available for 20k on TBBD makes me nervous)

If I need to install more apps but don't have storage then? 32GB model comes at over ₹30k how much can my iPhone 4 8GB under warranty sell?

Lumia 1020 is amazing if you like it
otherwise even Lumia 830 is worth checking out-sd card slot,10mp pureview sensor etc

If i'll run ios 7 will it be a waste then also?
iPhone build quality & apple software is very user friendly with ease of use. There are drawbacks also & pretty irritating ones like Slide to Answer doesn't work. Slide to unlock stops responding. These are holding me back to buy iphone.
About Android: I have owned cheap android devices till now & had very frustrating experiences. My timeline is: (starting from left)
Galaxy Y-->>Xperia E dual-->>Galaxy Ace Duos
All were crap devices that didn't perform well in even basic mobile operations like call/text & they made me look blind when taking them out in sunlight rendering them unusable. This made me fed up with android that ₹ 8000-9000 is a joke to these companies.
Ultimately, I guess no phone is perfect for me & all are in a revolutionary stages.
When qHD was under budget then HD came, when HD was under budget then Full HD , when full HD is under budget then Ultra HD came

typing this from my 'cheap' android device spice uno. I have become a fan of the new android. it has come a long way. super smooth and fast like my iPad mini.

i still have my galaxy y duos and galaxy s duos lying around and they are pretty good for basic phone tasks.

Those phones are pathetic what more you can expect.You are comparing them to iphone which cost lot more.

But in even iphone when there's an urgent call & your iphone won't accept it just because of a stupid software anomaly makes it unjustifying for its cost

I rode Karbonn A5 for more than a year until it died in a washing machine accident. And my lenovo a369i is still rocking since a year. It costs 3.7k and do everything an iphone can do and more. Its a myth that cheap androids dont last long.

I mentioned my experiences above. I've probably found out that 8GB internal memory is not enough for me forget 4GB that most products of Indian brands offer. Sd card will extend memory but still installing an app will take some space in internal memory even though I've set install to sd card. Hence, I'm in need of atleast 16GB if not 32/64GB.

Dude you have very less options in that screen size.

On higher end you can go with Xperia Z3 Compact.
Killer phone and VFM if you get around 30 k on Ebay!
