Small Budget Config Please

hello guys I am planning to upgrade my old Desktop . My needs are normal gaming (lowest possible resolution is okay with me ) and Home use . Max budget is 14000-15000. I need Internal Hard Disk,RAM,Processor & Motherboard.
What i am planning is :

brother you can get a 1tb hard disk for same price(buy stuff from snapdeal..though a slow delivery but good prices are there)

and add few more bucks to get a mobo having usb 3.0 ports to make it future proove

ohhh i had thought my old pc was bricked but it seems only Hard disk is bricked . Thank you for replying. i will replace only Har disk

yeah lol.. waiting for motherboard or proccy to get bricked so that i have to replace all these 4 ( as all are old ones )
