Sim Card Error

I am getting the following error in my Phone
"cellone
error:temporary error occured pls try again F200"
What is is this error and how do I correct it. Is it a problem with the sim card?

are you using a GPRS supported phone? and you frequently open sim card?.. give details...

I am using Nokia E70 GPRS phone.I have not opened the SIM Card.

can you make call or receive call .... and when the error shows (i.e when switch on the phone), check the sim with other phones, and if the error shows may call CC
