Ok I contacted Sify cc and told me that they will install a instument at my home to make calls. But we can only call simillar sify phones only. It will have a no. too.
There are wo plans in 6 month plan rental is about 1600 and instument cost 1500
in one year plan rate is about 3000 and instument is free

These kind of VOIP phones are available in US.
Apart from the above said fees, do we need a net connection separately or they provide it along with net connection for that charge? did you ask about it?
