Showing as 4 GB in 1GB Pendrive

when i checked the free space of my 1GB Transcend usb drive, it shows 4GB as total capacity and free space is 2.48GB.. i dont know What happened .. i scanned by AVG 8. to the entire drive and found no virus and spywares..

Anyone have an idea about that....

Go to *gparted.sourceforge.net/
Download the live cd and boot from it with your USB drive plugged in
Then format it and check the capacity with it.

Dude, first check your pendrive in any other virus protected system.
