Should i replace the new cpu fan?

I brought a new core 2 duo(E4500) with intel DG33TL mo yesterday.Earlier it was P4 with asus mo.Now the problem is cpu fan is producing too much sound(1200rpm) compare to earlier one.For earlier it was cooler master fan which was very cool...
Should i bring new cooler master fan as I have sold old one three days back.How much will new cpu fan will cost?

if the problem is only with the sound, see if you can adjust, if not then go for a coller master fan since you already had one you should be knoing the price better, i think it starts from Rs 500 onwards.

does ur cpu fan makes noise even at the low rpm(1200)??.....then der is some problem with ur cooling fan.

First of all see whether some wire or anything else is touching the fan blades.
