Hi! I am living in Shimla, and it's really cold here.my 3(SMPS,processor & one for whole cabinet) PC fans make a loud noise.I am thinking of disconnecting one manually(not the one of SMPS surely! ).Is there any need to keep all 3 buzzing in such a climate? Which one I should disconnect, the one of processor or of cabinet,or both? Idon't know how to disable them through BIOS,so I'll be unplugging them from motherboard,so pls help me!!

Atmost you can disconnect the Cabinet fan. SMPS and Proccy fans are a big NO-NO!

SMPS fans make most of the sound all the time.

If you are very particular to fry your CPU, then disconnect the Processor fan.
If you want to commit suicide by electrocution, open the SMPS to disable its fan.
Of course you can disconnect the cabinet fan.
