sharing and security

I am using win xp professional sp-2 and all the four partitions of my HDD are NTFS and there are two users.
Till some time back I was able to set settings to my folders that I only will be able to see them by removing all other names from the users.

Now if I right click any folder and see in properties only three tabs are visible those are "General / Sharing / Customize " but the fourth tab probably "security" is missing. How to bring back the tab so that I can protect my folders without using any other software. Pl help.

Uncheck Use simple file sharing

Thanks it worked like a charm. I did not change this setting I do not know how this got changed.
