Since i become to be a member of Digit Forum, i never seen a post [may be i didn't search properly] where all the members put their Registry Tips and Tweak knowledge to share with all the members of Digit forum. So i think that why should not i start this topic.
How to make a faster shutdown
Start Regedit.
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control
Click on the "Control" Folder.
Select "WaitToKillServiceTimeout"
Right click on it and select Modify.
Set it a value lower than 2000 (Mine is set to 200)
