Setting Up a E-commerce Website

Hi guys

I want to setup a eCommerce website which enables the user to buy online like ebay, myntra etc. Can anyone here help out with the following things

1. How much would it cost to set up and maintaining it

2. Any legal formalities ( already have a retail store, online is a part of it)

1.It will cost quite a lot as you will need 1-2 servers,lots of employes,courier partners,tie ups with few companies etc-Let's say about more than 5 lakhs of capital
Why not start as a seller in flipkart,ebay,tradus etc

Shoot them a email,regarding your items etc
2.Yes I think you have to register it
