7: Extras Included: 8 GB Scandisk Micro SD, Amzer Gel Case(Maroon), ScratchGuard Screen protector
8: Already upgraded to stock samsung ICS 4.0.3

Note: All the smudges and hairlines that you see is on the Screen protector which can be easily removed. As you can see no problems in the body. even the case is as good as new.
