selective startup inWin 2000Proff

By the command MSCONFIG selective startup is initiated in WinXP.How can i get the selective startup inWin 2000Proff?

copy that file msconfig.exe from a windows 98 or xp machine and place in system32 folder and there u haf it!!

download the file called startup.exe and paste it in the control panel.

^^^ I use the startup.exe file too and find it excellent.
