seagate internal hdd problem

I have segate barrauda 7200.12 500GB internal hdd
using it for past 3 years as second drive in parallel to another 250gb hdd

my computer is on almost 15 hrs a day for downloading . due to hot temperature my second drive starts giving beep sounds after about 6 hrs so at that time I shut down the system and start it again after 0.5hrs

but today hdd is giving beeping but i didn't turn it off and that hdd is not shown by system
then i started the system after 2hrs but hdd is not showing it is contunuosly making sound.

plz suggest a method to recover my data
bcz it is my exam time and lot of important notes lectures are there in that drive

Try running the HDD while keeping out of the cabinet to cool it a bit.

Thnx your advice works . Ihave shifted my setup to ac room it is working fine till ac is on

just add a highpressure front intake fan that should reduce temps without ac

Putting a fan is one thing. If you've kept the system in a warm (aaah yes! Indian summer fiery heat of death!!!!! x_x) area then you'll better ventilation overall.

^ agreed on that. @OP; whats your cabinet and what is the fan setup (if any) you have done?

Recently my hdd was making a restarting sound, like it was continually restarting again and again. Turns out in my case it was a PSU issue.
