They are available at all Shopper's Stop outlets across the city.
Better still, if possible get it from the distributors directly. You'll get it cheaper than the market price. I got mine for Rs. 15,000 when it was tagged at Rs. 17,000 (original, with all the documents).

U can get it from the Sony distributors list in Kolkata.Here's the list:

You should ask the price of W550i to every Distributors in this list becuse the price vary greatly and then go for the phone.

Given that the phone is not yet launched, even the Sony World dealers of New Delhi cannot intimate you about it's price yet.
I can give a speculated opinion though. Given that it won't feature a camera, it may be around Rs. 25,000 but because of the huge touchscreen and memory, it might even be tagged higher than that.
