I would like to buy a Scanner & a Inkjet Printer(not 2 in 1, separately). It is requested you to suggest me a good one. My total budget is approx. 4000-5000.

Old Canon cartridges could be refilled. Newer ones can't be.

Epson from what I've heard and seen has cheaper cartridges, refillable too and you can also install CISS if you want.
