SC issues notice to Mayawati govt on statues' issue

The court passed the order on a PIL seeking its direction to restrain Mayawati from installing her statues and party symbol at public places at the cost of public fund and demanded a CBI probe into the misuse of state exchequer.

Except the sculpture this idiotic extravagance wouldn't have helped anyone!!!

Statues - only advantage I see, crows will be able to take revenge on behalf of the poor citizens And by looking at the statue these kinda leaders will understand what they deserve !
