Bought in 06/2014Your 7770 still has warranty ?
I didDid you even search Supertron on Google? I found one location in Lamington road
here
And I also found a number and email address from Primeabgb site of Supertron (9833431411/ Anand Sharma),
joycewen@sapphiretech.com/ inqridhuang@sapphiretech.com
P.S I don't own a sapphire product.
Not sure if the number or email are still working but try anyways.
If it has any oxidation like mine had you will face some problems and will have to contact directly with sapphires rma representativeWhat a surprise. Have a Sapphire HD 7770 GPU brought in 2014 and now suddenly there is no output. looks like Sapphire GPU has a self life of only 2 years. Lets see how my RMA experience goes.

I contacted their RMA representative directly through email and explained how the oxidation happened by no fault of my own after which they allowed me to do a regular RMA of the GPUHi ZTR,
Going through the same thing with my OLD GPU. Supertron rejected it and then I have connected with Sapphire support. Here is the response which I got. Is it acceptable? Screenshot by Lightsho
Let me know. Thanks!
You dont need to explain the service center representative about anything regarding the problem of your GPU.I contacted their RMA representative directly through email and explained how the oxidation happened by no fault of my own after which they allowed me to do a regular RMA of the GPU
I'll pm you the email Id of their RMA representative

If it is not physical damage & under warranty.
You can simply go for claiming a replacement.
Now Supertron is looking after Sapphire/Zotac/Intel RMA & distribution in India.
Just they need either serial number or a valid invoice to confirm the warranty.
Thats all...

I myself took a MSI gpu for RMA which has got its screws broken of at the backside of the card and as a result, one of its fans stopped working. You haven't had to do RMA with Supertron with a GPU which has RUST ON SCREWS (that's it )
They treat rust on screws as Customer induced damage and thus they REFUSE TO DO RMA
So please don't go around spreading lies here
When you yourself haven't faced it yourself

Supertron was mailing flyers to its registered customers as to which products it deals and one of the flyers were posted in the forums.
I also dont know exactly but can confirm that MSI distribution & RMA was done by Accro Engineering Pvt Ltd in India.
If anybodys service request is not fulfilled in India, they can send their query to their Head Office abroad.
