Samsung tab internet not working after recharging

Hi,
My friend has a samsung tab. He uses the simcard to access internet on it. A few days back he ran out of balance and so the internet stopped working. Since then, even after recharging his account, the internet has'nt worked. Can you guys help??

first let us determine where the thing has gone wrong ..

U should advice ur frnd to check internet connectivity of SIM with some other device first !
