Samsung Sync Master 720N

My Samsung SyncMaster 720N buttons are not Working {menu,auto,power off/on}
and it is under warranty.. i stay in mumbai..
can anyone tell me how to avail warranty and procedure for service centre

there goes another problem with samsung monitor. People be warned, there are a lot of problems cropping up with samsung LCDs, if anyone is going to buy a PC, try not to buy a samsung monitor.

For availing warranty, they give a list of service center addresses when you buy the monitor. call the nearest service center & ask if they'll come home or you'll have to take it there. If you don't have the list, search for it on samsung's website.
