samsung galaxy s plus questions

hey guys today i went to buy a mobile for me and i saw samsung galaxy s plus.though i have some questions regarding it.
1> previously i had galaxy 3 and on Internet i found that it can play mp4 videos but when i converted vdos for it dint play.and when i tried mx player resolution was very low.now can you guys please tell me that can videos converted with total video converter be played on the device?and if not total video converter which software can i use?

2>how is youtube streaming on the device?

i think you should look for other phones... samsung said that it doesnt have capability to run ics so its support will end earlier(not by devs but by samsung)...
you should wait for new phones to arrive in market that are recently launched at mwc.. also price is likely to be reduced soon....

btw you can check out motorola new atrix 2... other option include lg 2x or samsung galaxy R(sgr is currently out of stock at most places).....

for your video in sg3 did you checked out resolution before conversion? most mobile mp4 converter keep this to 176*144.... also the reason why video didnt play in gallery is that your codec was not h.264....
