Msi doesnt have a decent supply chain for warranty repairs. I would trust a Dell, asus much more than a msi if it goes bad.
lenovo or hp would be the next tier, in terms of warranty support

Dell is unable to replace a stripped screw on my laptop's heatsink, their service is worse than what it was 3-4 years ago.

@Nerevarine ,here in Kolkata,MSI has upgraded their service center features and functionality,though customers for this company are much less compared to the likes of HP,ASUS,DELL,LENOVO,etc...
