Running Windows and Linux parallely

Having only 256MB of RAM on one OS will be tolerated, as I'm not doing any advanced things on my dated PC -- those things are for my Mac.

I just want to know which software gives me the best performance. I wouldn't mind paying for the app.

Guys I have nVidia Geforce 7950GT .My problem is that i have installed Fedora core 6 and it is not recognising my graphics card as soon i boot into linux my screen goes blank and displays "Hz ?"(Unknown frequency) .Can anybody help me.
