I think it does, Blizzard games though PC exclusive are never graphics heavy, and very light on the system.
Try Age of Empires Online, it has gone completely free to play recently. And by completely I mean you can literally unlock everything by playing the game and earning in game points, or you can unlock stuff by paying as well.
On the technical level yeah, they're amazing. I love the special effects, and the animation rigs for the robots and creatures.
But Age of empires and starcraft 2 look great on the artistic level too
company of heroes is my favourite Rts definitely try it.BTW don't try any new titles in Total war series like napoleon and shogun 2 it may overheat your config they are very resource hungry and civilization V is very buggy wait for their next installment gods and kings.Otherwise u can also try these games :-
