Pinnacle PCTV 100e (USB2)

i got this one and according to this site - *www.ecost.com/ecost/ecsplash/shop/detail~dpno~551885.asp it says that the max resolution can go upto 1024x768

its a pretty decent card and i think 3 good companies for tv tuners that u should c are pinnacle, ATI and compro

Its thread for tv tuner so i think i ask a question too.

I need a freeware tv viewing application which has support for a number of TV Tuners.

What about CNBC TV18??
Can you give picture shots of it?
Can you see the quotes clearly?

There wont be probs in the picture shots of CNBC, but in some old/ budget tvtuners the moving quotes are sometimes too fast and unreadable. I faced this problem in my Pixelview card which was purchased three years ago. in PCTV Stereo there is no such problem in seeing the moving quotes clearly but its a very important query.

the resolution does'nt really matter since the PAL system that we use in India supports a max resolution of 720x576 and most (all?) of us are beyond that already.

For the record,i'm using a Pinnacle PCTV card.
