Req advice for buying a Netbook

I am looking for a decent netbook for my sister with following req:

1) What is your budget? - 16K +/- 2k

2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?
a. Netbook; 10” screen or less


3) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
a. Like: Dell, HP
b. Dislike: None


4) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?

Basic work like - surfing, Office(ppt, doc, excel), some programming, gaming (only spider solitaire :razz: )

5) What screen resolution(s) & type (glossy/matte) would you prefer?

Any decent.

6) Anything else you would like to say? (eg: local purchase, ASS,matte/glossy finish)

2 Gb ram prefrable. Not into AMD
comfortable with online purchase.

Can get in 16, 398 ( with free Nokia 101) from ebay or Acer sleeve free in 15,999 from flipkart - which one is prefrable?

mine is same requirement, but with 6 cell battery. guys tell me.

Specs:
Intel Atom N570 1.66 Ghz
2GB RAM
320 GB HDD
Intel Media accelerator
Wifi / Bluetooth / SD card reader / 1.3 mp Webcam / microphone
6 Cell Battery
Gives a decent 4.5 - 5hrs backup

Bought it with DOS and not any operating system a year back, got it for 15k

only 5hrs backup ? Other notebooks are giving 8hr. Is there any notebook in market with USB.V3 ????????
